BELLINGHAM, WA, March 15, 2021 - RE/MAX Whatcom County is pleased to welcome Allison Flores to the Bellingham office. She will mainly focus on the residential market.
Allison got her start in the real estate industry shortly after graduating from Northern Arizona University with the Bachelor's in Advertising and Psychology. She started as a loan processor right after college. She received her license in 2004 at the start of the market boom and partnered with her mom as a buyer's agent, transaction coordinator, and assisted with marketing in the Phoenix, AZ market. As the market fell, she took on a "make it work" mindset and strategically kept her business afloat.
After several long vacations in the area, Allison and her husband, Byron, made the decision to move away from her hometown to Bellingham in June of 2020. She had the opportunity to see firsthand what the market looked like as she and her husband searched for property in the Bellingham area and understands exactly what buyers are going through.
Allison is incredibly personable and enjoys working with both Buyers and Sellers. She has a strong code of ethics and strongly believes in treating others as she would like to be treated. She does her due diligence and strategizes. Allison is very familiar with the legalities of the real estate industry as well as market trends.
Since her move 6 months ago, Allison and her family have been exploring their new home and frequently hike throughout Whatcom County. She loves group workouts and strongly anticipates the opening of Orange Theory. In her spare time, Allison enjoys playing board and card games with her husband and daughter.
