I specialize in residential, commercial, investment, land, row crop and dairy farm properties. I have been a real estate consultant since 1981 when I joined Century 21 and became a co-owner of a franchise in Lynden, Washington and served a number of years in that capacity.

During the period of 1981 to 1994 I served as Relocations Director for that office and for several years I served as Relocation Director for the Bellingham , Washington Century 21 office as well. I am a past member of the C-21 Master’s Club and the I00 Club which was a designation given to the top 100 producers in the Northwest region. I have also participated, as co-partner, in the development of condominiums, apartments and speculation home projects.

I joined RE/MAX Whatcom County Inc. in Bellingham , WA in 1994 due to a strong desire to become affiliated with a local Real Estate office that demonstrated a high degree of professionalism in honesty, ethics and standards. Joining an office of high achievers in leader production and income was of primary importance as well. The affiliation with RE/MAX, the absolute leader in Real Estate sales in the World, as so indicted in Trade Journals, is something I desired and am proud to be a part of.

Prior to Real Estate I had extensive experience in market research and planning, sales, and corporate and sales management for an International NYSE Corporation. My management responsibilities covered the 10 Western States and Mexico . For 18 years I was a police officer in a reserve unit in the San Francisco Bay Area, 12 of those years as Operations Lieutenant in charge of 36 officers.
