I have been one of the top sales agents in Bellingham each year since leaving real estate management in 1980 and going full time into sales.  My approach of straight talk, honest answers and hard work has resulted in many happy clients year after year.  I have developed hundreds of local clients who have been pleased with my services and have referred their friends and family to me to provide them with the same high quality services.  With multiple college degrees I probably have more education than any other local agent but it is my boundless energy and enthusiasm about real estate that has helped me the most.

As a way of giving back to the community I have always been very involved in local issues.  I have served as President of the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Airport Advisory Committee, Chairman of the Downtown Task Force, Director of the Bellingham/Whatcom Economic Development Council and I am currently Race Director for the largest local event called the Ski to Sea Race held each May.  I have also been involved with many local non-profit organizations, community programs and fund raising efforts to help the less fortunate in our community.

For me real estate is a way of helping friends and clients live in the best home possible while at the same time increasing their net worth so they have a large nest egg when they decide it is time to retire.
