EDUCATED: In addition to my professional ABR and GRI credentials, I am pursuing my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and hold a BA from Western Washington University. BUSINESS OWNER: As President of my own corporation, Julie Carpenter Real Estate, Inc, I understand the concerns of business owners. COMMUNITY MINDED: My family and I contribute to a variety of non-profit organizations including the Whatcom Land Trust, Kulshan Community Land Trust, The Opportunity Council, Habitat for Humanity, children’s sports teams, and numerous other charitable events and groups. I am a past member of the Board of Directors for both the Whatcom Land Trust and the Evergreen Land Trust.
