          Hello and welcome! I’m Jennifer and my passion is helping people buy and sell their homes and other properties. I concentrate on residential land and multi-family properties, from Bellingham to Blaine, along the I-5 corridor. My specialty is waterfront property and other upper-tier homes.

          I became a Realtor® after 30 years running construction and property management businesses. I was also a long time investor in both residential and multi-family holdings. It seemed that becoming a Realtor was the next logical step and I strive to excel at it as much as I did in my other endeavors.
