My name is Greg Paul, and I have been calling the lakeside and golf course community of Sudden Valley my home for the past 24 years.  I was initially attracted to the area because of Western Washington University, the City of Bellingham, Lake Whatcom, and the championship golf.  I have been assisting buyers and sellers in the real estate industry for over 12 years.  My chosen area of expertise is in the Sudden Valley Community, located 8 miles east of Bellingham.  If you are interested in buying or selling in the Sudden Valley Community, you will not be disappointed - as I am extremely knowledgeable regarding the community, its rules and regulations, its amenities, and property values.  My family resides in Sudden Valley, and enjoys the natural beauty of the community and the recreational amenities available.
